Documentation

Input format: table with Study, Effect, Lower, Upper; common aliases (Variable, HR, OR, CI_low, CI_high) are recognized.

Interpretation: the diamond marks the point estimate, whiskers the 95% CI. Rows whose CI does not cross the reference line are colored red (significant), others dark green. The reference line is placed at 1 when effects look like ratios, otherwise at 0.

Typical use: summarize hazard ratios of candidate dormancy biomarkers or meta-analysis results.
